Privacy policy

Your account. Your name and email address, and a password (stored only in scrambled form by our sign-in provider). If you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google — nothing else, and never your Google password.

Your training. Sessions, exercises and sets, body measurements and progress photos, diet targets and logs, habits, sleep and water — entered by you or by your trainer.

For trainers. Your client records, packages, payments you record, and anything you choose to publish on your public trainer page, such as your areas, prices and contact number.

Your phone number, if you add one, so a trainer can find the record they keep for you. We never send messages to it.

Notifications. If you allow reminders, a device token so we can deliver them. You can switch them off at any time.

Only to run OnTraX: to show you and your trainer your training, keep packages and balances right, and send the reminders you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

When you send a summary or report on WhatsApp, OnTraX only opens WhatsApp with the message written out. You send it from your own WhatsApp; we do not see it.

You see your own records. A trainer sees the records of the clients connected to them, and never another trainer's clients. A trainer's public page is visible to anyone, by that trainer's choice.

Our service providers store and serve the app for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our behalf.

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email syntropia.solutions@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove OnTraX's access from your Google Account settings.

OnTraX is meant for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
