Cancellation and refunds

Only trainers ever pay for OnTraX. Clients and people training on their own are never charged, so nothing here applies to them.
Free trial
Every new trainer gets 30 days free, with no card needed. If you don’t choose a plan, nothing is charged.
Cancelling
Cancel any time by writing to us from the address on your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month (or year) you’ve already paid for, and it won’t renew.
Refunds
Monthly plans aren’t refunded for part of a month. A yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of paying is refunded in full; after that, we refund the whole months left unused.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or couldn’t use OnTraX because of a fault on our side, write to us within 30 days and we’ll refund it in full.
Approved refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 working days.
