Terms of service

You must be 18 or older. OnTraX has three kinds of account: trainers, who run their coaching on it; their clients; and people training on their own. Keep your sign-in safe — you’re responsible for what happens under your account.

You decide what to record about your clients, so you’re responsible for it. Only add someone who has agreed to you keeping their details — name, phone, training, measurements, health notes and payments — in OnTraX, and remove what they ask you to remove.

Messages to clients go from your own WhatsApp. OnTraX writes a draft; you choose to send it, and you’re responsible for what you send.

Payments you record in OnTraX are your own records. OnTraX doesn’t collect money from your clients for you.

OnTraX is a record-keeping and coaching tool, not medical advice. Calorie, protein and other estimates are guides. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme, especially with an injury or a medical condition, and stop if something hurts.

OnTraX is free for clients and for people training on their own. Trainers start with a 30-day free trial, then pay a monthly or yearly plan priced by their number of active clients. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax we’re required to charge. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.

You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are covered on the refunds page.

Don’t use OnTraX to break the law, to message people who haven’t agreed to hear from you, to upload anything you have no right to, or to try to reach accounts or data that aren’t yours. We may suspend an account that does.

What you put into OnTraX stays yours. We use it only to run the service, as the privacy policy explains, and we handle personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted at any time.

We work to keep OnTraX running and your data safe. We can’t promise it will never be interrupted, and we may change or improve features. If we ever close OnTraX we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a way to take your data with you.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost income.

You can stop using OnTraX and ask us to delete your account at any time. These terms keep applying to anything that happened before.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Indian law governs these terms, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
